I had my left hip replaced at Ashford Hospital in May 2014. From the beginning of my consultation until sign off Mr Chana showed a high level of knowledge, confidence and understanding of my concerns. I cannot praise enough the benefit I now feel of having this operation and this is all due to Mr Chana.

I went into to hospital for my full hip replacement operation understandly with a fair degree of nervousness but was totally reaasurred and put at ease by Mr Chana and his Team. For the nature of the operation I was suprised how none invasive the surgery was with a relatively small wound and subsequent scar and I felt very little pain post op. Generally I found the staff very attentive and calming throughout the entire operation procedure and recovery process and also in my post op appointments. From the time in was deemed necessary by my GP that I required hip replacement surgery to the date of my operation was within a ten week cycle and I found the entire process incredibly efficient - so absolute no claimants about the NHS - it does work the majority of time left to its own devices. As for the outcome of the operation I instantly lost the pain and discomfort I had previously experienced and approaching three months on I am fully mobile undertaking many of the tasks in recent years I was unable to undertake i.e. wlaking any distance and exercising pain free. I cannot revommend Mr Chana and his Team highly enough and I am so appreciative of all they have done. Fraser Hills

I found drRishi Chana understanding and he told me everything about my hip replacment what he was going to do.Six weeks later i am anew man no pain and back to work.If any body should worry about this oparation they need not .

I would like to thank Mr. Chana for his care,attention and proffesionalism, not only doing my hip operation but afterwards. He came to see me in the ward and helped me with a problem afterwards. I contacted his secretary who spoke to him and got back to me. I was very grateful. At the follow up appointment he took time to help me with ongoing care. At all times I have found him to be understanding,approachable and helpful.

I received really good care and I have already mentioned him to friends and family as a good doctor he done my leg and took the pain away which I have had for three years. It's great to have no pain and a good nights sleep . If I ever need my other leg doing I hope I have Dr Chana .
